ProjectWorkLab was founded in Barcelona five years ago. We have a core team of specialist consultants and a trusted network of professionals we bring in depending on what each project needs.
We work with companies of different sizes and sectors, from start-ups to large corporations. We also teach at business schools, which keeps us sharp and forces us to explain what we do clearly. We believe consultancy should be concrete: no trendy frameworks, no endless presentations, just real work alongside the client's team.
Marc Bara, PhD, PMP
Founder
Marc founded ProjectWorkLab after over twenty years managing projects in sectors including space, industry and IT. He holds a doctorate in Telecommunication Engineering, is a PMP and teaches on several master's programmes. He combines hands-on project experience with training in applied AI and agile frameworks.
Noemi Freixas, PMP
Consultant
Noemi has spent years working in project management in multinational environments, with a particular focus on building processes that teams actually adopt. She combines project management with teaching, from applied mathematics to artificial intelligence. She is a PMP and has a passion for the detail that makes things work in practice.
